Left the restaurant after not seeing a server for over 20 minutes. Really disappointing especially after telling the two hosts that we haven't seen anyone. Kind of expected that they would tell someone and we would at least go up a couple notches on someone's priority list. But still didn't see anyone so we decided to take our business to Denny's down the road. It was obviously busier than expected, so instead of letting us wait in the lobby for an extra couple minutes for someone to take care of us (which we would have happily done) they stretched the servers, frustrated their guests, and lost business. I would be shocked if we were the only ones that had a bad time. Let's see if anyone actually cares that I wrote this review.

Worst IHOP I have ever been too. Horrible service. Over priced, and the food is beyond pathetic. Curstomer service is practically non existent. Will never ever go back there, and would surely not recommend to anyone ever.

We have been to this location 3 times. Last night we left without even being seated because the 3 employees walking around just looked at us and kept moving. There were 2 other parties totaling 8-10 people that were waiting as well and had not yet been helped. It was late at night so the restaurant had only two other tables occupied. We got the attention of one of the employees and she merely looked our way and went back to wiping a table. Service was poor the other two times at this location. We left and went to Denny's which is on the next corner. Very clean, friendly staff and piping hot food. Ihop.... I NOT !!!!!!!

12-21-2014: 130 PM: The service and organization in this place is amateurish at best. Whole lobby full was of people waiting to be seated. The guy taking names and seating people is clearly untrained, skips people and crosses people out that are still waiting. In addition someone needs to get their act together about a stupid carafe of orange juice. We ordered one and were told they don't offer that anymore. After the waitress left and checking with the manager and confirming they don't offer that anymore: I spotted a carafe of orange juice two tables over. I ask the manager and she is all flustered and makes it clear that getting a carafe of orange juice is clearly putting her out. She says she will have one brought over right away. Guess what... It never shows up! EVER! Food arrived after a long wait and was half cold and then we all had to watch it get colder as they had to go get us our silverware. Asked waitress for 57 sauce: Got A1. Figure out the basics! You don't have to be a fine dining establishment to get 4-5 stars. If you are a chain pancake place, be a great chain pancake place! People know what to expect at a chain restaurant. When they don't even get the minimum expectations met they never come back. If you have a place that meets customer expectations in everything you set out to do, you get them back! Basic service, organization, hot food, and getting what you ask for nails it.

Waited at the front counter for at least 8-10 minutes before anyone even came to the front and noticed there were 4 families waiting to be seated. The table we were seated at had not been cleaned well at all. We got our drinks fairly quick. The food on the other hand was another story. It took a long time (like 30 or more minutes) and was no longer hot when we got it. Not to mention part of the order being wrong. The mistake was fixed and the food reheated. When the waitress finally came to ring up or ticket she left our credit card laying on the counter and disappeared. We watched for a good 3-4 minutes and she never came back. We walked over picked up our credit card she had left laying on the counter put cash in its place and left. Completely unprofessional and hands down the worst service ever.

Came in for the Scary Breakfast with the boys; who of course did not want the free pancakes. The service was a bit on the slow side, they were kind if busy, and i suspect more that usual. This was a bit disappointing, as they ere running a national ad for the holiday. The food was hot and fresh, just delivery a bit in the slow side.

I don't like ihop to begin with. When we went it was super crowded. Miserable. It was on free pancake day too... the waitress was super nice and helpful with my kids.

I have not been to International House of Pancakes for many years, it is what it is completely filling the price was a tad high but I hit the spot for what I was in the mood for. Definitely 4 stars the price is just slightly higher than I anticipated and the coffee somewhat colder, all in all I would be a return customer.

My family and I weren't even acknowledged that we were in their waiting area. Even more people had been waiting 15 minutes just to get on their waiting list. They sad thing was there were open tables and they weren't busy. We will not be going there again.

I left with my grandson in tears. I took my 3 grandsons and daughter and son in law out for breakfast ended up at arbys for lunch because we walked out after waiting 1.5 hours for our food. Then when they did bring it they told oops sorry we don't have any chicken for his order. I was furious they never once uodated us or apologized for the amount it was taking, and after watching people with the same size or larger groups that came in after us eating already I figured they forgot about us. NEVER GOING TO IHOP AGAIN! Also when I said we where leaving three different employees said they are walking out and all that was said was oh well by one of them.

Came to IHOP at the request of my daughter who had never eaten there. It had been so long so we went with the question in mind, "Why don't we eat there more often?" IHOP answered the question. We won't be back. Ick! No wonder the place was a ghost town during what should have been their rush hour. We won't be back. Not even if my daughter requests it.
